Notes of williams pear in the ELUSA Blanche balance magnificently with the apple in this refreshing drink..

Ingredients:

- Fever Tree - Cloudy British apple

- Elusa Blanche d'Armagnac

- Ice

How to:

1. Place several cubes of ice in glass

2. Pour generous serving (50ml) ELUSA blanche

3. Top up with cloudy apple to taste (100ml recco) 

4. Stir

5. Garnish with sliced apple and cinnamon stick

Expresso Blanche

Super simple, delicious and approachable way to create an expresso cocktail..

Ingredients:

- Fever-Tree - expresso 'martini' mixer

- Elusa Blanche d'Armagnac

- Coffee beans

- Ice

How to:

1. Put several cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker

2. Add 50ml of ELUSA Blanche

3. Add 100ml of expresso mixer

4. Strain out of shaker into cocktail glass

5. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans

Ginger Ale

Ingredients:

- Fever-Tree - Ginger ale

- Elusa Blanche d'Armagnac

- Lime

- Ice

How to:

1. Put several cubes of ice in a highball glass

2. Add 50ml of ELUSA Blanche

3. Top up to taste (100ml recco) of ginger ale

4. Add a few drops of lime juice then stir

5. Garnish with lime zest

Fresh Mojito

Pornstar martini (Reimagined)

Inspired by Mavericks Gentlemen's Club London, this fruity twist of a cocktail is sublime with ELUSA Blanche..

Ingredients:

- Fresh passion fruit or passion fruit puree

- Elusa Blanche d'Armagnac

- Passoa

- Lime juice

- Ice

​

How to:

1. Ice your glass or place in freezer

2. Cut 4 passion fruit in half, scooping out seeds into a sieve over a bowl. Press seeds with back of a spoon to extract the juice

3. Add the passion fruit juice, Elusa Blanche, Passoa and lime in a cocktail shaker - add ice to half way and shake for 30s

4. Strain out of shaker into chilled Martini glass and garnish with a piece of passion fruit

Mojito

Mojito (reimagined)

Our take on the Cuban classic..

Ingredients:

- Elusa Blanche
- Spearmint or regular mint as available
- Lime
- Sugar
- Club soda

- Ice

How to:
1. Place ten fresh mint leaves and one lime wedge into a lowball glass
2. Use a muddler (or back of spoon) to crush mint and release lime juice
3. Add remaining lime wedges and two tablespoons of sugar, muddle again
4. Fill the glass to top with cubes of ice
5. Pour in ELUSA Blanche (50ml recco)
6. Top up glass with club soda
7. Stir and enjoy

POUSSE RAPIÈRE

A native cocktail to Gascony, the home of Armagnac. This orange bitter drink is a true delight..

Ingredients:

- Elusa Blanche
- Bitter orange simple syrup
- Brut/Dry sparking wine
- Organic orange
- Ice

How to:
1. Measure equal parts sugar and water into a pan, add in 1-2 bitter orange peels - allow to simmer and stir until sugar is dissolved
2. Add one measure of Elusa Blanche to cocktail shaker, combine with simple syrup and ice
3. Pour into Champagne flute and top up with 6 measures of dry sparkling wine
4. Garnish with half slice of orange

South Downs 125

A summer sip in style. Both fruity and elegant. This raspberry refreshment is sure to be a crowd pleaser..

Ingredients:

- Fresh raspberries or raspberry puree

- Elusa Blanche d'Armagnac

- Mint

- Sparkling wine / Prosecco / Champagne

- Ice

How to:

1. Macerate raspberries over low heat then strain through muslin cloth into bowl

2. Prepare simple syrup of equal parts water and sugar

3. Muddle small handful of mint at the bottom of cocktail shaker, add raspberry juice, syrup, Elusa Blanche and ice. Shake for at least 30s

4. Strain out of shaker into champagne glass, fill half way then top off with sparkling wine and garnish with a piece of raspberry
