Milland (Armagnac) Mule

A familiar serve, closer to home.

Every cocktail has a structure you recognise before you taste it.

The mule is one of them, bright citrus, ginger heat, long and refreshing.
Swap the neutral spirit for Elusa Blanche Armagnac and the drink stops shouting and starts speaking.

  • 50ml Elusa Blanche Armagnac

  • 15ml fresh lime juice

  • 100ml quality ginger beer

  • Cubed ice

  • Lime wedge

  1. Ice: Fill a highball glass

  2. Build: Add lime, then ginger beer, then gently stir.

Ginger still lifts. Lime still sharpens. But now there’s fruit beneath it all.

Clean, fresh, and quietly distinctive.

Named for the place the idea began, long walks, cool evenings, and drinks that didn’t need explaining.

Same structure. Different spirit. More character. A drink you recognise, and then notice.

WHY IT WORKS

Vodka gives a mule temperature.
Blanche Armagnac gives it flavour.

The natural grape aromatics soften the ginger spice and lengthen the finish, turning a sharp drink into a refreshing one.

Less bite.
More balance.

You taste the whole drink, not just the ginger beer.

TASTING NOTES
