The Blanche Lady

The White Lady is built on precision; citrus, orange, spirit.
Clean lines. Sharp edges.

Replace gin with Elusa Blanche Armagnac, and the geometry stays the same while the texture changes completely.

  • 50ml Elusa Blanche Armagnac

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml Elusa Orange Liqueur

  • 1/2 egg white (or foamer)

  1. Build: Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake: Dry shake first.

  3. Ice: Add ice and shake again.

  4. Strain: Fine strain into a chilled coupe.

  5. Garnish: Lemon twist (optional)

The citrus remains bright. The orange stays fragrant. But the spirit rounds everything into silk.

Less angular. More luminous. Not sweeter, just calmer.

WHY IT WORKS

A classic rebalanced.

The structure remains unchanged.
Only the mood shifts.

Same drink. Different attitude.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Citrus blossom, soft florals

Palate: Lemon cream, orange peel, delicate fruit

Finish: Silky, clean, lightly aromatic

WHEN TO SERVE IT

Early evening
Pre-dinner
When martinis feel too serious
