The Elusa Orange Spritz is a cleaner interpretation of the aperitif ritual; bright citrus, structured bitterness, and a dryness that keeps you reaching for the next sip.

Built around real distillate, not flavouring.

  • 50ml Elusa Orange Liqueur

  • 80ml quality dry sparkling wine

  • 20ml soda water

  • Large ice

  • Fresh orange peel (garnish)

  1. Ice: Add a large cube or several medium cubes to a large wine glass

  2. Build: Add Elusa Orange Liqueur, dry sparkling and top up with soda water.

  3. Garnish: Express the oils from the peel, then drop it in. 

​

No Syrup. No garnish theatre. Full aroma and structure. Traditional spritz serves lean heavily on sugar to feel generous. Ours relies on balance. Fresh orange distillate delivers aromatic lift, while natural bitterness tightens the finish.
