Blanche Armagnac by Elusa
Great Taste 2 Star Award Winner. France's oldest spirit, reimagined for modern drinking.
Distilled from 100% Folle Blanche grapes in the prestigious Bas Armagnac region of Gascony, Elusa Blanche is a white Armagnac bottled at 40% ABV before oak ageing, capturing the grape's natural character at its most vivid and expressive.
Delicate and complex on the nose: lightly stewed pear, a whisper of green hazelnut and gentle plum acidity. Smooth and naturally dry on the finish. Exceptional neat or over ice. A revelation in cocktails from a Tommy's Margarita to a French 75.
100% natural. Free from sulphites, colourants and flavourings. Vegan friendly.

Armagnac is France's oldest distilled spirit, predating Cognac by nearly a century. Yet outside France, it remains one of the best kept secrets in the spirits world.
Elusa Blanche is distilled in the Bas Armagnac appellation, widely regarded as the finest sub-region for Armagnac production, from 100% Folle Blanche grapes grown on clay-siliceous boulbène soils. Unlike aged Armagnac, Blanche is bottled directly after distillation, preserving the freshness and natural grape character that oak ageing would otherwise transform.
The result is a spirit that drinks with the complexity of a fine French eau de vie, the versatility of a premium gin, and a character entirely its own. If you appreciate whisky, Calvados or aged rum, Blanche Armagnac will surprise you.Elusa Blanche rewards both the sipper and the mixer.
Neat or over ice, it's best served slightly chilled in a tulip glass. Let it breathe for a moment and the pear, hazelnut and floral notes open up gradually.
In cocktails, Blanche replaces gin, vodka or tequila with something far more interesting. Our favourite serves:
Tommy's Margarita: Blanche in place of tequila, fresh lime, natural agave. Clean and exceptional.
French 75: Blanche, lemon juice, sugar, topped with champagne. Elegant and effortless.
Armagnac Mule: Blanche, ginger beer, lime. Bright and refreshing.

Lovely to drink this ! Real pleasure and recommend this!!
I haven’t tried that many white Armagnacs so I was keen to sip on this new one - and it doesn’t let you down. I found it complex, rich and incredibly fruity. We are enjoying it neat at the moment but we will try some cocktails with it this weekend I am sure!
Great quality and good to a have Armagnac for the younger market
